Refund and Returns Policy

If you have received the damaged order, you can raise a request for a claim within 5 days of delivery. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Kindly unbox the package carefully If the package is damaged while opening it With the scissor or any Other sharp Objects refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.

You need to email us at with the subject “Return & Refund” with proper images of the product showing the defect and original packaging. We will ship a new product to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it.

If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.

If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be attached to the mail

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please pack the products properly and send them to the address: Sapiens Attire, 42, G1, Vishranthi Daffodils, Aruna Nagar, Puthur, Trichy-17.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
